My tranny is giving probs. The gear lights on the dash isn't coming & the tranny seems to be stuck in a gear. Has anyone experienced this before?

Anyone knows the correct name for the metal liner that goes behind the disc pads. Some call it a dust shield. And where can I get a pair for a ck2?
