I spoke to a colleague on work and he experienced the same problem, and it was some seal on the drive shaft inside the transfer case that needed to be changed and one sensor. Which cost 1500tt. So I'll look into that option. Will keep you guys posted.

Was thinking about getting more power on my nav, but you made a great point with the rubbish diesel we have here. I tried a plug and play chip and the gains weren't as expected. The EGR can it be cleaned manually?
