start scrapping the screen. remember the order that you took out the filters and cloth dry everything.....blowdry the lights at the top and bottom of the screen.. as for whatever little damage to the outer surface.. there is nothing much you can do..but that pic telling me that you manage to get som...

you accidentaly pour the whole bottle? or you use a wet cloth instead of damp?

let it dry out overnight.. if the screen still blotchy.. then you have to scrap it down and wipe down the screen and filters and let dry... you can use a blowdryer on the keyboard

engine change form at licensing office, also nice to have a receipt with a company stamp for the engine handy... after that is just a quick inspection by an officer to verify the serial and then to the cashier (cant remember the charge - 50 i think).. try to avoid port of spain.. did mine in chaguanas
