Re: K74 l200 thermostat... Can I remove it?

^^You all are describing same problem my van is experiencing for a really long time now and I can tell you it is directly related to your A/C being on. The radiator is not cooling efficiently enough to compensate for added heat from a/c condenser fan. On a hot day at idle with A/C off temp would rem...

Re: Important things to know about the DC5 ITR

Bumping this for some info. Any DC5 owners ever had to change front control arm bushings? If so what was used and part numbers? Thanks. The RD5 Crv might be the closest match for the bushings just not 100% sure cuz Honda catalog for JDM DC5 only has the arm complete whereas Crv and Civic have part ...

Re: Who Repairs Coilover struts in trinidad

This is why we sometimes recommend the KSport coilovers. Their design involves a fully threaded shock cartridge that allows you to scrap everything off and replace with a new cartridge. http://ksportusa.com/b2c/prodimages/replacement_strut_plimage.jpg http://ksportusa.com/b2c/prodimages/replacement_...

Great heads up man speedaholic, seems your suggestions are right on with this upcoming service. I should have enough time to get most of those parts you mentioned. I realized my gearbox is the V5M21 so I going to order clutch, pp, release bearing and pilot for that box. Already worked out all the pa...

Re: L200 K74T: Approaching 200K service

I read through some service manuals but could not find any reference to a service point or change interval for the water pump. Somehow I think it's not meant to be changed every 100,000 Km like how we do on cars. So i'll just do a radiator flush and drop in fresh coolant.

L200 K74T: Approaching 200K service

Ok, my reliable K74T non-turbo van is at 181,xxxKm so I am ordering up all the parts needed for the 200K service. I had all the old parts from the 100K service so getting some items was pretty easy. So far I have timing belt, balance shaft belt and the 3 fan belts (all Gates). Also, today I ordered ...

Quite a few parts are the same between F20B blue top and H22, but not everything. It was sold only in Japan market. As CD4Accord said, get the H22 which has more torque and more available parts.

^yup there are variations to this "convention"

-900 and -901 on JDM P08 are known to indicate auto as well.

it is a bit confusing. :(

Re: help identifying po 8 ecu

The actual ecu part # should be 37820-P08-900. The rest of numbers are possibly serial numbers.

Look at the last 3 digits -900. The middle digit (0) denotes manual while if there is a (5) its auto.
