Re: *OFFICIAL NISSAN B11 CLUB*

Update: Full interior and complete original electrical has been removed. Rusted out floor metal has been reinforced and cleaned. Engine rewiring has began. No original harnesses will be used, I am in the process of making them from scratch.

Re: *OFFICIAL NISSAN B11 CLUB*

Re: Power window issues

Well I don't test wires like that but I guess it works the same way. So now that you found your problem my best advice to you is to replace your switch with the original switch. Each switch is designed to handle the current of one window if you bridge the switch you can create more problems than you...

Re: Power window issues

I think the wires are your problem. If you know how to test for continuity then you should do a test on the wires going from the passenger side to the driver side switch. BTW you said you tested the window with one if the switches disconnected, this is an improper way to test the window because the ...

Re: WTK about my lancer

Alot of things can cause your horn to trip off, most likely it could be that water got into the relay for the horn or a loose wire. I am in San Juan area my number is 742-7011. I do minor electrical so you can bring it and I can check it.

Re: WTK.. about 30A fuse in AC blower. (HELP!!)

Not really because a relay actually does the opposite it takes the load off of the switch and the fuse. The relay uses a low amperage of current to switch on things that need a high amperage of current. But you can try changing the relay because I've seen all kinds of weird stuff happen and strange ...

Re: WTK.. about 30A fuse in AC blower. (HELP!!)

HMMMM.... did you read the cover of the fuse box and see if the amperage of the fuse meets the requirements? It should be a 25amp fuse or close to that...never put a higher amperage fuse than recommended

Re: WTK.. about 30A fuse in AC blower. (HELP!!)

Did you try changing the fuse or checking to see if the fuse have a very small short? *TIP* if you have never taken out the fuse before then you must do so because people have a tendency to wrap wire around the ends of a fuse after it blows and that can lead to a serious FIRE.

Re: Almera Rad Fan wont start HELP!!

I got them started. This was weird. I removed the thermostat and started the engine after a bit both fans came on. I then noticed that the temp was raising while idling and lowering while driving the car. All this time my Ac was not gases up. After I regased Ac the temperature remained constant at ...

Re: Almera Rad Fan wont start HELP!!

Do the fans come on when you put on ac? try unplugging the coolant temp sensor, its above the alternator. try tapping the fan motor as well Yes the two fans should be spinning with the A/C on. Did you try hooking the fans up directly to the battery? If not...then please do so and let me know what h...

Re: Almera Rad Fan wont start HELP!!

After you check the motor of the fan, make sure your thermostat wire is connected. On most vehicles it is located by the water pump. If all the wires on the water pump is connected you have to check the relay for the fan (This can be easily done by swapping out the fan relay with another relay *of ...
