Glad to see them doing this, at least TNT has good infrastructure even tho its not locals who building it , wish the Eastern Caribbean nations would pickup and actually rollout proper mobile/fttx services.

Apartments is a really good investment, just the capital is extremely high to start, location is also a factor

Labour cost alone is the biggest issue but if you can get friends and family to assist with labour it reduces the cost dramatically.

Rent is pretty good in TNT. In the Cayman islands it`s about 900-1200 USD a month for a room in a house.
