Try doing a search on you tube and you will get ideas as to what it can be and how to fix it.

Did you adjust the fast idle control valve?
Also did you change coolant recently, cause air in the system can also cause the fluctuations etc.

I changed the diff oil myself, but it didnt help.

Still have to change the transmission oil, will update you guys if this works.

My check engine light came on, but the it went off and came back on at a later time and idle is erratic. So i went and got it scanned and the guy told me that it looks like the oxygen sensor may need changing, but he told me to switch to premium gas and run the vehicle a bit and then he will scan it...

I havent changed the fuel filter yet thats my next try...but gas consuption was great until that oil change and service, I am using prestone coolant,I put in an aluminium radiator and changed those hoses a few months ago..temp is fine.. are you saying to check the back of the accelerator pedal ? :s...

I am getting a CRV - RD1 to buy for around $75000 Its mileage is around 110,000 K
The vehicle looks and drives really good.

Is this a good deal?

Are parts hard/ expensive to get?
How reliable are these vehicles?

I am thinking with that mileage i shouldn't have much repairs to do for a while.

what exactly did u do to slove the problem?

what about keeping ure gas tank filled? will this additional weight cause u to burn more gas?
and also what about the gas evaporating when parked up?
does it make sense to buy gas as u need it instead of filling up and laeving it filled?
