Dan. Csf is the absolute worst !!!

I have 4 jk rims and tires for sale

I have a roro madza 3. When the car warms up I usual get a grinding sound between gear change of 1 and 2 once coasting. Is I drive normally or hard I don hear it. Only when pulling off at coasting speed. Any ideas. Hope I explained it clearly
