the japanese nze 121 has the 1nz engine and electronic power steering. the singapore nze 121 has the 3zz engine i believe and this one uses a power steering pump set up. Have NZE (Singapore 1.6) and the Altis. Good reliable cars , Parts Expensive, I import most of my parts as it is hard to find.. Never regretting getting these cars. I prefer the NZE over the Altis. Range extender will work or Buy a cheap router and set it to repeater mode.. Using your router with TSTT dsl is the worst. I give up tryin to use my Asus RT ac88u on tstt dsl..

Toyota ALL the way boss!.. you are right on the ball with parts availability and cost. Toyota is usually more expensive but alot more reliable and needs less maintenance\repairs. I moved form a b13 to a NZE Sing model. My experience made me a Toypta for life :). but I think the Nissan has made a lot...

If it not burning oil stay with 10w-30 but I tend to stay away from Castrol. I use Valvoline or Mobil One. No issuses
Toyota Tranny oil Type -IV or VI, check the dipstick, 5 Qt used to drain and refill. 8 Qt to Vacuum.
Toyota or Honda Coolant work fine.

I replaced my Front Windscreen about a year ago with this Plinkington ting from DZee. $3500 (NZE)
install was not bad but dah glass jed.. geez. Not me again!. It frost alot and when rain falls :(
If i have to replace again id really try to get the Orig.. I will spend the money...

Michelin wipers are the WORST blades I ever user. Altis and NZE.
I use BOSCH Excel. Works great.Last long. Cost more tho.

Check out Drobo as well. Easy to setup and install. Tho not as fancy as the rest it is reliable and user friendly. Can be used on network with Mac and Windows. Mine goin over 1 yr.

I got some CREE from amazon. 100w Replacement (Daylight).. Perfect replacement. Bad - the base won't fit in the external outdoor socket (Metal Weather type). I Will try the philips next, its cheaper.

Do not use Castrol it tends to sludge in these engines. I used Mobil 1 but switched to valvoline synthetic. It was cheaper (10w-30) Original Toyota tranny oil and Honda or Toyota coolant.

20w-50 too heavy for that engine (VVTI)
Valvoline cheaper - reason for my choice..

Valvoline or Mobil1 10w-30
OEM oil filter
Toyota Transmission oil
Denso IK16 SP plugs
K & N filter
Honda or Toyota coolant.
