according to the motor vehicle & road traffic act, under sect19(5) the transfer must be done within 7days, if this is not done the reg owner is liable the licensing authority a penalty of$200.00 under sect 19(6) if the transfer is not effected within 14days the reg owner is guilty of an offence ...

Yes op it is illegal to hunt any animal whilst the hunting season is closed, and the hunters should feel the full force of the law, with that said, i think some of you tuners need to travel out of trinidad to be educated, and see that this type of meat is considered exotic and is used in many dishes...
