it is good that we can all express our opinions respectfully and I personally can appreciate all views even though they differ from mine. Looking at the bigger picture, we are a small sample of the wider population. Looking beyond the incident, we should ponder the issue and see what impact it has o...

Interesting reading indeed! Most people wont understand this unless it comes home to their front door. The day one of us writes Manning expressing dissatifaction over taxes or UdeNOTT and they prevent you from driving into port of spain, it may bring a different response. Since when is profiling leg...

so if i own the car but i dont drive it or work taxi with it i still need a taxi badge?? obviously the driver would have one ^^ Technically no, but suppose you have an emergency and need to drive the car or "repossess" it from the driver then i see it as a definite need-to-have. If u get pulled ove...

WTK: Putting a taxi on de road..what do I need to know?

Thinking about putting a car on the road as a taxi. Current "P" plates but i want to convert to a legit "H" and have a driver work for me. Questions: 1. What is involved in converting from P to H? 2. What kinda insurance premiums would i have to pay? 3. What are the current day rates that drivers wo...

Loving the video but a word of caution to new car and truck owners: Do this kinda stuff only AFTER your 1000km "Free" Service!! Reason: The 1000km service is basically to "tighten up" all loose bolts screws etc that may have been missed in any QA inspections and tests at the factory . In a manufactu...

WHat allows out door setups to be stable?! I didnt write the book on this but through reading and a little experimentation, i think it has to do with the levels of dissolved CO & CO2. In an outdoor setup, there is a much larger surface area for gaseous exchange. In my outdoor setups, i use "bottom"...

Here are the specs: QG13 doing 32000kms (and dealer maintained!!) Car is 5 years old and formerly lady (NOT)-driven So far I have added a drop-in K&N! and it still s...

vegeboyz , I saw your other post in the ole talk forum and you mentioned that you use rainwater in your tank. That is your problem right there! I have done a few experiments with rainwater in indoor tanks and trust me it leads to disaster. Rainwater is NOT PH stable! The whitey stuff on the fish as...

Thanks for the idea, but sorry to say I did that already. My bro suggested the same thing. So I empty the water, sterilize the stone, plant, everything, full tap water in the tank, treat it, leave it to stale for about 4 weeks, had the filter running, I waited so long that I forgot about the aquari...
