Leaking coolant under the dash???

This could be the evaporator leaking, most a/c tech's use a fluorescent dye " bright yellowish" in colour. Could this be the what you are talking about?

If de a/c man asking where de drier is on a car then......yuh real brave letting that man fix yuh car.

Anyway the NZE don't carry a drier bottle.....it carries a drier bag, it is located in the tube connected to the condenser.

price depends on the size, but i dont think it will cost you more than $400. for a new universal multi-flow condenser to fit a b12.
