try running your rca on the opposite side to your power or just buy one of those ground loop engine noise insulator or summin so and that should solve your ptblem and also check your input jack and see if they are touching d body of d amp

hi man look in to t3 audio line of subs they get nice lows and very loud and looking at your budget look at the t600 or t1000 or even a pair of alpine type r's
ok let me rephrase my self that budget is for the pair of 8s and drivers. already have 8 inch audiopipe in door with tweeter and also have 1k extra for 10s to put by the back windows with tweeters.and alluh forget about the box tuning.
