Was out sat practicing for the tournament...tarpon bite wasnt too hot...got one about 220-240 and one bout 100...broke one rod on the 220...so we decided to do some sight fishing an went for some cavali...met the school an got a triple hookup on poppers...one was lost...bottom fish was not there at...

can't compare the 2jz with the R35 engine. it's two totally different platforms with different techs etc. 2jz has been tried and tested and can still improve, the VR38 still has a long way to go with mods etc. so my take if you insist on comparing the two; it's too early to tell with the VR38. but ...
