Re: Regatta today. Mr solo just crashed

Lucky enough, I got it on my iphone (video). The boat became very unstable and bounced around twice before veering right, then flipped. The other boat, Furry or the new name Monster was to the left of Mr. Solo.

Will post on Tuner when I return to CA. The video is currently on my FB page.

Re: Los Angeles braces for weekend of "Carmageddon"

This is going to be bad. That stretch is always freaking busy and leads to the valley. I'm happy I live in OC and only live 10 minutes from work. If I had to drive anywhere north of LAX daily, I would freak out.

Best sounding rotary I have ever heard. A close second is the Mazda LeMan 727-P.

Guess it's much easier to race around parking lots with cones and building your confidence that you're the greatest driver out there

Re: Evo vs Lamborghini

It's easy to get carried away. For instance, I run coil overs and they are set to handle, so, on the bumpy freeways here in CA, you feel every crack, pebble, groove everything. I run Toyo R888's just because I want to stick on the road with the power I have and it helps in stopping as well. These do...

Re: Evo vs Lamborghini

So right. I only drive the IX two days tops every week and probably only added about 2k miles for the past year on her.

The X is now my daily driver and I actually prefer the ride and quiet more...guess we're getting old

At the end of the day, the RS6 and Lambo would drop more panties

The Evo is a true driving car, raw in every aspect, except for the X's.

Re: Evo vs Lamborghini

Never quite understood the bad turbo lag on the original video. I did an experiment with the wife in a similar situation, 25 mph in 5th gear, side by side at around 1700 rpm, and it did not take 1.7 miles to feel the punch from full boost. BTW, my IX is fully modified at 530 at the wheels. I do agre...

Re: Advice - Better Buy - Iphone or Android

I am user of both Android Droid 2 by Motorola and iPhone 4 as well as a developer for both platforms. The Android system is about three years behind and will continue to lag behind, in my opinion. My preference is the iPhone due to many reason, but very important to me is the objective-c code struct...

Cool.

It's amazing how the high power cars get around that track...accelerate, hard on the breaks rhythm.

Best of luck to him.

The next crazy ass track in the Caribbean is Dover, Jamaica...

Re: Jameer Ali Barbados Bushy Park Time Trail run

What class does he drive in?

Needs some coaching, lines are off, braking is off, shifting needs some work, position looks off, heel and toe a definite need. Then again, this is practice.

Re: NBA PREDICTIONS **2010**

Besides the players, I'm really enjoying the coaching and the adjustments they are making. Phil Jackson is truly the zen master, cool and calm under pressure. The decision to take the 1st time out in the game when the green goblins started scoring was one of the 1st TO I've seen so early. Good call ...

Nice forward facing turbo kit

I estimate ~740 on a Mustang Dyno, which is pretty sweet for a the stock ecu as you mentioned.
