Online movie sites keep rewinding and ff

Guys....is it just me or does this happen to you too? I can't watch a movie online without it fast forwarding a few secs ahead, playing for a few secs and then rewinding back to where it ff from. It's not my internet cuz I'm a gamer and my internet is upgraded.
