Actually for those wondering Digicel only uses Carrier Aggregation on their LTE-A network. 4x4 MIMO and 256 QAM isn't utilised as of now. Digicel's CTO said that the max speed is about ~190 mbps without the extra spectrum they were given for the lockdown. i.e. 10 MHz of band 2 and 15 MHz of band 4....

Digicel currently has 2x2 mimo on both band 2 and band 4 for its lte network.
Carrier aggregation and 256qam is also a feature on the network.

Digicel does not have lte. They were not granted license as yet and I know for a fact that thwy are not willing to refarm their current frequency. All they are doing now is swapping vendor equipment
