Nah, you not getting that locally. Mines reaching friday, i ordered one on amazon, about 12USD. you could get the cheapo ones at L&G, i bought a set there and it works. but its extremely hard to use as its so soft But it does work. allied and L&G sells the metal ones https://www.amazon.com/...

You do have 14 days from issued date to pay after that you need to attend court on the date stated on the ticket to plead guilty and pay or not-guilty and contest the ticke...

As far as I'm aware, you have until 9:00 am on the morning of the court date to pay the ticket
