Yeah I was fully subscribed to squatuniversity even before the injury. But I am getting a lot of help now from lowbackability as well. Steel in my right leg and gunshot injury to my left arm. I can't lift heavy anymore. So I go for more sets and higher reps. Presently on a measly 65lbs bench press....
