TSTT supposed to come and put a new pole and transfer the wires (as apparently T&TEC already did). so if anybody hit it, TSTT can probably be liable......cuz they have a pole in the roadway, and i sure they were in formed about it and it on their to do list ah i thought so! They probably fed up...
