Forget the lazy teachers...what about the lazy parents who don't study their children.
What about these APPARENT lazy teachers who cannot reach parents or even their students???

For general seeds you require to apply for a import permit, which requires you to locate a supplier before hand.
And I BELIEVE you need a phyto certificate to bring in seeds which can be very expensive.
Weeds seeds on the other hand, I haven't gotten around to reading up on the legal side of it.

Doubles cud go up to $10 and I go still buy meh usual once ah week or so... Ent wen you want yuh rum or blends..waeva vice dat hold yuh...ent you money jumpin out...no different...
