Sportero hand brakes issue

For some reason I can't get my handbrake on a 2006 Sportero to hold properly,

made adjustments by the wheel and by the handbrakes, shoes good but still. handbrakes level is solid when u pull but the van takes a while to stop,

Any thoughts or suggestions anyone ?

Upper cradle bushing gone, went to buy part, and the parts man telling that ah have to buy the entire cradle,

Don't want to buy substitute parts,

Is this true do i have to buy the entire cradle (2100.00 Classic Motors one side)

this is a local corolla, with a conversion to 20V,
It looking like the wiring was done poorly by the previous owner'

When i thinking small thing, just an idling problem
Think i go change out this engine an put in a normal 16V

just an update, service ISCV, change ISCV, change all senors on the head(bought a head)
check for vacuum leak, check TPS

only thing now is to check the wiring, :shock:

recently brought an AE100 with a silver top, and it idling to high
can someone recommend a good mechanic to help,

i took the car to my usual guy and he seems not to no what he doing, and have me spending money with no results
