Yes it is fully loaded and in my opinion and others as well this box is better than direct tv..

Go with the dd it is alot more user friendly has good protection circuitry, gives more than rated and is not current hungry. dd m4b on 9500 or dd m5 on 9900... the older model m4 would be good for the 9500 and the m4a would be good for the 9900... the build quality of dd amps is superb and much cleaner than the taramps although the difference may not be audible... with brazillian amps stable voltage is essential, 10 k is...
