Building a house in Trinidad

Guys I need some advice related to the pic. That's a buried 4 inch pipe. It just takes rain water from guttering downspouts and surface water away from house to a main drain. The top was cracked. I feel them fellas talking about the strut bar from maska. u looking for the anti sway bar, comes standard on super salon B15 (not sure which almera) and wingroad. Bolts on top the subframe and has a short ~ 3" end link with ball on sway bar end and compressed rubber on the other end where it bolts...
