Re: T&T OFFICIAL New Vehicle Prices & Discussion Thread

I did a little investigation and found out that Nissan raised the prices very slightly for the Frontier line-up. The increase worked out to be between $8-10k. Therefore, the new updated prices ought to have been $355k and $369k for the LE and P4X respectively. Sadly, Massy's new advertised prices a...

Re: Blubird Sylphy Owners club

Hi. Could anyone tell me the bulb type/code for the brake light on a 2009 KG11 Bluebird Sylphy. They are still working but just wanted to get the code to have some spares just in case. Thanks.

Re: tyres

Got set up with some tyres and size (phone call vs actually visiting tyre shop). So now I am left with the following brands; Nankang, Achilles, Federal, Durun, Falken ze912 and Dunlop dz101. Read this thread like the bible but just need a quick local input to guide my choice. Surprise to see dz101 s...

Re: tyres

Dunlop's are the guiltiest party but most tyres in the performance category for me do make noise when loosing thread. My contis were quiet as a mouse when new, now they are noisy but not as bad as my Star specs at same stage. Thanks. Given that the BF and Dunlop selling for almost the same price I ...

Re: tyres

Looking to get some 215/40/18. Currently have BF Goodrich g force sport but was looking for something with similar traction but a bit less noisy. From checking around I am finding Durun, Federal, Wangli, Nankang, Royal Black, Nexen and Comforser. Tyre Clinic has the Dunlop LM703 and I could get back...

Re: tyres

Any BF Goodrich users here? I have the g-force Sport 215/40/18. Only issues I noticed were the noise and stiffer ride (was told the sidewalls are sturdier than other brands when I bought them). First time having to change tyres so was wondering if anybody had experience with this brand compared to o...

Re: Which Better Samsun or Miller Ac Split Units???

whatever new air-conditioner you are buying just make sure it runs on R410 and not R22 gas. R22 is not used in the US again and with new environmental compliance here in T&T R22 will become difficult to get or very expensive and parts for R22 units like compressors and valves will be difficult ...

Facts are not Racist............... if it just happens to be that the demographic composition of the poorer areas are mainly inhibited by people of a certain race more than another races, how exactly is this racist? I don't think he was saying that you are racist. He was stating that when you state...

When they do their random checks Flow knows if you are using a box in another area than where it was originally located. Re: Anybody ever use Ship My Own Car?

Their site just basically directs you to two japanese sites (SBT & ICM) to see the units available and the price, so you can input it into their on the road price calculator. SBT makes you register to see the price, but like some other japanese sites once you sign up with legit info they will ha...

Re: TV6's Mark Bassant makes Big Mistake!!

Somehow I feel it's intentional and they really don't care. You ever notice that for all tv6 investigative pieces they make very poor attempts at blurring the victims faces. Anybody from their area or who know them personally could make them out. Without showing the police report with his name, all ...

Re: Using Life Insurance as collateral for loans

Banks and Credit Unions do assign a lot of life insurance policies especially RBL. It is not just based on the cash value as they do assign policies like 'Term Life' (which most people take out for mortgage purposes and because the premium is lower than whole life insurance) and which does not carry...

Just need some advice. Not really a fan of how stereos look on tv stands, so I was wondering what are my options in getting something reasonable that looks neat but could get the job done. I think some employers actually give too much bligh. Plus they go over the sick days every year. Only in recent time HR start warning them se...
