I kno someone who had similar problems with his ranger transmission. They upgrade d software an same problem. It was the torque converter which is defective. They not telling ppl this. If your vehicle is under warranty, let dem fix it. His van remained at the firm for 3 mths. He had gotten a replace...

^^^^^i have the same issue. happens when it is cold. all i do is jus shutdown the vehicle and restart and problem goes. this doesnt mean the problem gone inno.....its jus temp until i change the engine.

in my opinion, if i am going hid's, i'll be goin 4300k so it'll be like the normal yellow halogen and l/o wouldnt know only if they checking under the hood.
