i had that same problem with my almera , i spent alot of money buying coil packs and going by different mechanics spending alot of money for diagnostic scans, and it was such a simple fix .just attach a piece of wire from the engine to the chassis of the car. same qg engine im guessing.

you checked if the keys locked ? press the - and + keys simultaneously . got that same unit and that regularly happens to me.

congrats . dont forget to apply for your nis grant . i think its 2500.00 . it will help out a bit. by the way , make sure you work for more than 2 grand a week cause maintaining a child in these times is not cheap.

is it still working with the light on ? it could be a number of different things that cause an amp to go into protection .

$150. for everything . but most speaker repair guys bussing price on men now . i remember last year i paid a guy 175.00 just to re-solder a pigtail wire back to the connector.
