The USD limit is going to be restricted per person so would not make a difference how many credit cards you have with a bank. As is the practice now exceptions are also made at the discretion of the bank (i.e. high net worth individuals and politicians with have much higher USD limits.)

I don't think so since they usually declare dividends at end of Q2 & Q4. Not sure when 2023 Q2 results will be out but Q1 and Q2 most likely will not be good due to lower production and NGL prices.

Most likely 2023 Q1 & Q2 results are not good either due to lower production and prices.

PPGPL and NGL board and management needs to be fired for destroying over TT$1billion of shareholder value.

NIB, UTC etc are are large shareholders in NGL also so this will negatively affect them also.
