You can use chemicals to remove the termites or call a professional to do it. Roofman will have to come and inspect the...

Had a some land evaluated over a year ago by Raymond and Pierre property evaluators.

I have since been told that this company has a reputation for giving a low value to property.

Re: GT, Guyana to Rio in Brazil by LAND ! World Cup !

Google has no road from Guyana to Brazil, the easier option is this, take a pirogue to Guiria in Venezuela and there's road/ferries to get where you want to go. http://forums.trinituner.com/upload/data/34/Guiria%20to%20Rio.JPG There are roads ! There is even a bus that takes you from Guyana to Boa ...

Suggestion import yourself ! Re: is sbt japan and authentic site?

SBT are legit....

Some persons try to go cheap. They order high mileage cars and the company rolls the mileage back before the vehiicle is shipped.

Stick to genuinely low mileage vehicles. Grade 4 and up. interior B....

You would be satisfied !!!

Re: Nissan TIIDA 2WD VS e4WD

the 4 wheel only engages below 30km/h... once the switch is in the on position....after 30km/h it disengages itself....... in terms of parts ......everything in the rear is different from the standard 2wd.....that includes shocks...brakes shoes ....parts that you would have to change eventually.......

Yea, its a good idea to check the FU places first before going to buy. check the availablility of parts for both models and the difference in prices. Weigh your options and make a decision based on what you think. I would personally go with the 2wd though. If it was a conventional 4wd system with d...
