Lancer Cedia Speed Sensor Issue

I have a Lancer Cedia with INVECS III CVT transmission. Diagnostics picked up a bad speed sensor so it needs to be changed. Priced it and got the model number from Diamond as MR567292 and I intend to buy it online. This site has the part number labelled as a crankshaft position sensor: http://gzhaox...

Re: Clamp Rubbers Inquiry

It's located in the front of the vehicle. If I'm driving on flat (smoothly paved) road, no noise. If I'm going over a hump, no noise. But if the road is slightly uneven or if I take a hump slanted, i hear a kind of cracking noise from the front of my car. I'm not sure what the clamp rubbers are for ...

Clamp Rubbers Inquiry

So I was told that my car needed the clamp rubbers replaced. I don't mind ordering the parts online, but I have no idea what to look for.

Is there a proper name for a clamp rubber? I need 2 for a CS2 lancer. Thanks for any help.

So I can just carry that to an electrician to have it sorted out, right?

EDIT: And what about the airbag in the steering wheel? Would that be a problem?

Car Horn Troubles

I have a 2003 Mistu Lancer (RORO). This morning, a fella pull out of an intersection and caused me to slam on brakes and blow the horn. I think I had my hand on the horn for about 6 or 7 seconds (longer than I would have normally pressed it for). After I moved my hand, the horn stopped blowing like ...

My 2003 lancer came with approx. 19k on the odometer (and I bought it last year), but the bonnet doesn't line up exact (yes I examined it with a measuring tape). It could be that somebody lean up on it and deform it, or it could be that it got into a minor accident where it came from and the owner h...

D man does do it every FEW fillups, not every other. I never counted how many to know for sure.

Why we just don't lobby for them to update/change the tinting law? Is that an unreasonable request? A lot of people I know does complain about the sun and UV rays and ting, and dats d reason they have dark or reflective tint.
