Well according to that exerpt a 4pt is legal as its buckle is quick release. Has adjustment and deployment is being strapped in. But what was the charge given to d dude that got it?

In sweet Trinidad and Tobago is it legal to use a four point harness which is properly installed instead of the standard three point seatbelt which comes with the vehicle?

And if it is what is the justification of making towing so wrong? OP u pay to pass ya regs ? all info on towing is in that little book u pay $15 for u must follow the guidelines , rope must be a certain length , sign must be posted etc ........ I did pass my regs and i am aware of signs and length ...

My buddy did this last august.... we had a set of old flaky rims cleaned it up with a wire brush... and two and a half tins of matte black bomb spray was used. We applied it in three coats. These are the cheap $22 per can varity found at all hardware stores.

S56 (1) the pearant cudnt be found or did not contribute to the commisioning of the crime.... by this most kids 17 who doing crime prob leave home already and move out. And if they are home still the pearants shud have them in check so yea the law ok imho
