I cant find any wiring diagrams to differentiate the wiring of the harness...Can anyone help me find out which cable relates to what (ignition, battery, ground ect)

The vehicle had a stock radio player installed.

Go to triple r electronics, ask for a factory wire harness adapter. It will simply plug into your original harness, and the color code will match that of your head unit's wire harness.Simply strip, connect and insulate joints, and your're done.

One important thing to remember, the aftermarket head-unit will have a larger power consumption draw than the OEM, so just for the safety side of it, connect the head unit's (-VE) ground directly to the vehicle's chassis.

Good luck with the install!!!!

I found the wiring diagram and the installation was successful.... it was not for the same vehicle or radio (dont think so) but it fit the harness perfectly. This is the first time I tried to install a car deck though.

The following diagram worked with the Nissan radio model no rN-9436L. A different stock radio may require a different wiring diagram.

I installed a pioneer deck in my wife tiida..... I had to purchase some sort of jack with the normal antenna jack end to fit into the antenna hole behind the deck...it also had a blue wire marked "power antenna" on it..... was I supposed to hook up that wire to the blue remote wire on the deck main harness?

This is the jack with the blue wire

Yes, connect the blue wire from the antenna to the blue wire on the deck harness.

I also hooked up an aftermarket antenna to the deck since the stock antenna cannot be connected to an aftermarket deck. the antenna has 3 wires attached, 2 are for ing/battery and the other is ground. the ground wire can be attached to the chassis via screw onto instillation jacket/sleeve (not sure what it is called). The only thing to be connected to the deck harness is the ing/battery wires.

BTW does anyone know what size of speakers are in the doors of the Nissan Tiida, looking to replace the 2 up front and install 2 in the back door. If i could get some advice on what will fit that would be great.
