Plain 1/4lb patties lightly seasoned with salt, black pepper and some garlic powder, coat the patty with a little butter for some nice caramelisation when searing.

Then take a Linda's sesame bun, toast it in a little grease in the pan after. $10 burger that tastes great. I just need to get a oven hood so that the whole place doesn't smell of burgers after :|

Home made monster burgers always zee besss! But you will need a roll of paper towels! Patty does be about 1 inch thick, seasoned, cooked to medium well, then add whatever you are in the mood for - bacon, ham, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, pickles, jalapenos, pineapple, mushrooms, cabbage, cheese, then sauce it up de way yuh feel!!!!

So continuation of traffic on evenings when people park on a road with no parking signs to buy their burgers and hotdogs then.

^^^lol

over the line burgers used to be bess eh, but thats a while ago. After a while they started just grilling the chicken without any sauces like bbq etc as they did before; and they started selling stale bread alot. So in essence the burger started being dry and tasteless at times. Haven't bought in about over a year, so i dunno if it changed.
