Sobriety and Drug test should be administered, and his name should be released.
He should be suspended pending a full investigation.

One does not simply slam into a group of people unless under the influence or speeding, because I doubt they were standing in the middle of the road!

Agreed on the drug/alco test. Releasing his name will do nothing positive unless he is charged. Suppose they ran across the road and he couldn't stop? Let de people investiquire b4 making pronouncements or speculating nah!

TriP's post from the twitter updates says they were bystanders.. Nothing said about them crossing the road at all. So maybe they were walking along their merry way on the pavement and well you can only assume.. Need some eye witness reports from a Non-Josstiss Seeker!!
