Vehicle transfers

Good day I purchase a panel van with someone in 2019 however I want to remove my name for the certificate copy and just leave him as the sole owner

I believe the procedure is the same as a regular transfer. (as you are transferring your share of ownership to the other party).

You’ll have to transfer it back, and it will count as third owner On cc

Wouldn't he be the second owner seeing as they were jointly the first owners?

Thought he brought it from, not with - and wanted to transfer it back.
