Some info. Pls. 40x30 home upper and lower . Which would cost more $ , a steel or concrete structure?

with the price of steel increasing almost weekly, this is a no-brainer

Not necessarily. Steel saves you tons of labour and time costs.

The cost is almost the same but you save on time and lessen the likelihood of delays.

ent normally they said building concrete costs 2/3 of what it would cost to build with steel?

that must be gone to 1/2 now

do a search : this topic was discussed in some thread here b4 , a while back steel was more economical but with recent drastic jump in d price of steel u might want to do a current comparison

a civic engineer or even a contractor wud know ...
