Which cars look best with smallest wheel size?

I know the bigger the wheel , the more cool it makes the car in the looks department. The smaller the wheel size .. it makes the car look like a shell and awkward. But how about the other way around? Which cars look best with smallest wheel size on our nations roads? Seeing that we need more rubber in these harsh roads.

I've seen Aquas on Volk TE27-style wheels with chunky tyres and they looked pretty decent...same for the current model Note.

Grey mazda 3 hatch looks decent...machine like.

Back in teh days surin from ackbar trace (roopchand) had a white b2500 drop low with some small tyres. Looked wet, wetter than wet!
