in order for exit of cars off d north & south bound ramps they will need to put separation barriers right at d entrance to those ramps so drivers from opposite lane wont cut across d road creating slowdowns ....

better they make an entrance to the NB somewhere along Mulchan Suechan btween animedics and trinre that you cannot make a right turn to get into, or put a roundabout to control that turn. possibly with hums before it to force some courtesy.
that way all traffic from the eastern side of thighway has "unhindered" access to the north bound.
Even mulchan suechan should have no right turn to endeauour conector.
put a roundabout on the weestern end by caroni savannah road. no right tun into gas station / chan ramlal either, or anyhwere along there.
longer drive to get someplaces, but you think the flow of traffic wil improve or get worse?

I had posted that idea here years ago. Just build two bridges over those drains and problem solved.
