Postby kerwinishere » November 3rd, 2020, 2:55 pm

I have a couch set that has termites, any companies offer fumigation for furniture?

Total waste of flicking time!!

Save your money and try somewhere else.

Buy a can of Citronella BOP and spray the affected area.

heat might be a better option than chemical fumigation
heat up a room to around 120f for a few jours

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but once they in the wood no amount of fumigation will get rid of them totally. So that being said, you have three options
Option A- take it apart and rebuild the wood frame with treated wood. Any good joiner can do this for you. PM if you need a number for a joiner.
Option B- discard it and get something else that was made with treated wood
Option C - try to manage the problem as best you can yourself. Turn it upside down and find the holes that the termites made and pour chemicals in them, and apply said chemicals to all the exposed wood you can see.

Good luck, dem ting is real pests.
