Chaguaramas was paved last year though

Those harsh dips are where the road caved in, and they just patch it up. Avoid if possible lol

Not looking at the highway... Plus the left lane is uneven; you can clearly identify and feel the sections that they paved. There is also a pretty decent bump at the base of the incline
