Need some help getting copies of deed for land. How long does this take. Urgent

Unless you know someone in that department - wink - hand under table business - wink, wink.

Go to Registrar General Office and find out. Be prepared for extra security due to the shooting.

Usually have search clerks around reg gen. Also depending how old it is, you can access and download it online. The process use to actually require you going in to set up an online account though

a time i met with a 'preacher' that was selling land, and he said he did his own searches.

You can to a point if you know what you looking for. But I would never enter into a transaction with someone who 'do their own search'. Is one of those things you don't cheap out on, understand this eh OP
