I went to one today, the owner said they are considered essential but, was warned that if a health inspector or police notices no social distancing during operation, they would be shut down.

Race Trac Wheels takes credit card. But when they have sales, you have to pay cash to get the special price.

Tyre Clinic did when I bought last year. There was a small surcharge though of about $3 per tyre I think. I could be wrong, it was a long time ago but nothing big to talk about.

The bigger places like Mileage Mack and Laughlin probably do as well.

I got a set of TOYO 285/60R18 here:

https://www.dannymaharajtyres.com/

It was about $1600 cheaper, overall, than what Mileage Mack quoted me.

Good luck.

as you say chinese brand, would foreign used tires be better than new Chinese brand tyres ?

why would you ever want a used tire to be on your car?
I never understood the reasoning of this. That is like putting on a used condom that was found on the docks that fall off a container ship from Hong Kong. And you paid for it.
