Sandbags are for impending storms/hurricanes. You can't expect to put out sandbags on a random ITCZ day.

The corporations are not cleaning/dredging the canals and drains which is causing the flooding.

sandbags don't always save older homes from seepage, nor septic systems turning your toilet into a brown fountain
I had a friend who got flooded out two years ago, in a house 2 feet above road level, and protected by 3 feet of sandbags. The water never breached the bags. It came up through the floor and walls.

Stop talking sense nah. The fine folks up north side once said that is because Hindu people does throw their jhandi in the river, is why it floods. Anybody had a puja this weekend and cause the place to flood?

it have no bamboo again, cepep cut down all. most does use pvc paint green and use it over and over so what dotishness you saying, next you go say all black people does trow they old fridge and stove in the river and block it up or all coconut vendor does trow the shells in the river.
