Flood in the middle of a pandemic... for these people things literally went from bad to worse

Not that it matters.

How exactly is a pandemic bad to them if they dont give a rats ass about anything.

I pass through there last week, La Horquetta people generally dont care. You tell them about wearing their masks and you may end up dead.

So a flood is nothing.

However, had people been more responsible in the first place, there would have never been a lockdown.

So the correct thinking should have been to wear your mask, do not congregate, stay at home so the country does not lockdown causing you to lose income that could have been used for flooding issues.
