Well thas a next problem,

Even though the food and service is crap, the locals from the Lal rumshops bring a uncomfortable presence in these establishments.

People have to know their zone.

I agree for folk to stay in their zone

The folk that visit these hard rock places ect all live a fake lifestyle and are owning the banks and credit cards ect.

As you said these are some of nastiness trinis. The more nasty a trini is the higher up he will go

Lal rum shop folk are more honest and tote real money rather than plastic.

What about star box ? That fad gone outta style. I remember when it now come out , people holding up the cup when they walking , to show it off. I know one used to wash the cup and mix coffee home and refill it and carry it to work.

I have one of those....reusable plastic cup that looks like the paper cup....re-usable so when you go too buy your coffee, you carry your cup instead of taking a new paper cup every time...less waste etc etc
I mix my 3-in-1 coffee in it too

Thats the best thing they could have done.

It was a disgrace to the franchise.

The branding hurt them as Hard Rock not relevant in Trinidad. The youths love their Same Sex Dancehall.

After all the renovation to facilitate the location wonder who gonna swoop in for the spot ? It’s a short list of potential candidates. Covid uncertainty will keep them at bay for now.
