im sorry for your loss bro...stay strong in the remembrance.

remember...the first law of thermodynamics; no energy gets created in the universe, and none is destroyed. All the energy, every vibration, every btu of heat, every wave of every particle that was your friend remains in this world for a far longer period that humans will be here...

Please accept my condolences to their families and you.
Hope they find the driver and make a proper example out of him.
If they couldn't stop in time and hit him is one thing, but there's no reason to not stop after.

saw it last night.

Just this week a biker, the guys at abs offroad and myself talking about biking in this country and how risky it is. Tne bigger tragedy here is that its an officer of the law that lost his life.

Condolences to the family.

the police motorbike guys/gals did not do night duty for many years as it is deemed unsafe
but it seems that they may have been doing recently.

i've interacted with many of them from cycling and they seem to enjoy their job
nobody would become a motorbike cop unless they liked doing that kinda thing
facing hot sun and traffic everyday plus the idiot drivers
they have to be very proactive 100%

As much as I love motorcycles I've taken the decision this year to quit all road riding for good. I'm 46, and what started off as strangely one of the biggest and most interacting motorcycle events, a biker's funeral now is a big mortality shake up for me as I've been to way too many now.
