That old dawg, gave me a bad ticket and I decided to fight it on principle and the man lied in court..

I was on the chase village flyover May 2010 saturday before election, rel traffic and they were blaring behind me so I made space for them to pass which included pushing the traffic infront of me to make way and going wide over the bridge for them to pass ,I made a path for them to follow me ffs, which I often do and then break off when there's space for them to pass me..

You know that nasty man pull me over when I made the turn behind him after I made room for him to pass even with hand signals calling him !

And where was he going with sirens blaring if he had time to block me on the bridge and issue a ticket ?

And in court the man tell the magistrate he was parked on the bridge and I overtook traffic coming around the corner...I even mentioned that they were behind me blaring and I actually created the path and he was blatantly lying with a dotish smirk on his face..

The magistrate was very graceful and kinda hinted she had to take his word over mine, and the man know me and calling me by first name like my padna at an old tuner sports bar or doubles lime yuh know..

I would not have gone on that side if the idiots weren't blaring sirens going nowhere fast..

No surprises here,he's a nasty man with a small Rooster, pulling a gun for all the wrong reasons, even I know when to pull one,and usually someone gets rightfully shot or apprehended when that happens and I'm not even a police officer..

Big dotish tuntun..

A police constable last assigned to Guard and Emergency Branch was granted bail in the sum of $50,000 when he appeared before a magistrate charged with two counts of common assault.

The court heard that on August 26, 2019, a 26-year-old woman, who at the time was in a cohabitational relationship with the officer was receiving counselling for domestic issues from a psychologist in Chaguanas when PC Dale Balkaransingh, 46, of 928 Nelson Road, Lange Park, Chaguanas, allegedly stormed into the session demanding that the woman immediately stop the session and leave. She refused and Balkaransingh allegedly whipped out his licensed firearm and pointed it at both victims, threatening them and indicating that no one would leave.

A report was made to the Professional Standards Bureau and an investigation was conducted. Balkaransingh was subsequently charged on October 17 with two counts of common assault on the advice of the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) Roger Gaspard SC.

The magistrate was very graceful and kinda hinted she had to take his word over mine, and the man know me and calling me by first name like my padna at an old tuner sports bar lime yuh know..

Big dotish tuntun..

well look how it play out now

I thought art was a seasoned man in the business, someone needs to tell him it was not his, it was just his turn. Once you accept that fact then you wont ever need to post bail
