It have 21 hrs to choose from including night time. Why not make use of that?

A Tropical Wave is approaching the region. A deteoriation in weather conditions are forecast from Tuesday evening or night.

Trinidad and Tobago is forecast to experience a wet second half of the week into the weekend.
