Has anybody imported any item from Russia to TT?

Good day.
Has anyone ever imported an item from Russia through Russian Airmail? Anywhere other than the USA would be nice to know as well. What were the procedures in receiving your package physically and the steps involved?

Use DHL. Russia post is veeeeery slow.

I tried once but she was pronounced DOA- still had to pay tax

i do it all the time but via skybox/sea freight not tru ttpost

Yes from Russia, Luxembourg ,Czech Republic.

Item was 10lbs so was held at post office to collect. Russia air mail took about 5 weeks. About $120 to clear TTPOST

yeah as they said above
it is a lot faster to ship to us and then bring in.
loads of items a lot cheaper .
one seal for the ford ranger which distributor wanted upwards of 300tt for one, got the set for less than 20 us , original

Thanks. I brought a part for my car weighing i would say between 10-20 pounds and its coming through russian air mail however on ebay it says it was delivered 2 days ago. How can I know where to get the package? Should I wait a month or so then to check TTPOST? And also which ttpost office should I go to?

ttpost will send you a notice and it will have the duties ,vat etc you have to pay . you then proceed to the said ttpost outlet , pay and collect
