FLOW - (Fixed) Those White Modems!

Anyone getting dropped internet connections since switching from the black to white FLOW modems?

4 sets of technicians who visited our home and umpteen CSR's on the phone cannot solve the problem.

We had no problems with the black modems but it has been hell since switching to the white ones earlier this week.

Since 9:00 p.m.this evening, the connection has dropped 3 times.

Any recommendations for an alternative internet provider? The others all seem to have slower speeds for more money.

digicel givin trouble also. dropping internet, ip tv going 'no signal', streaming on kodi and mobdro sucking with everything sticking and poor quality. IDK if is sunspots or they starting to police the internet.

But before Tuesday this week, we never had any problems with internet connection.

So, I am wondering what is really going on.

Never got speeds with black so flow brought the white with the booster box. Ping is worse but same crappy speeds.

wow n my partna working flow n tell me d white ones good.. lol .. let me keep my old wired modem as long as possible

I held on to my original black Arris as long as I could but a couple of weeks ago it started dropping connection repeatedly. They replaced it with the white one and it's been reliable so far and I e been getting a couple Mbs more on my bandwidth tests. Hope it remains like that.

So Flow's technician came this morning and changed the modem (after I insisted for about 3 days) from white back to black Arris (a larger one than the small black one we had before).

Internet is working like ice cream!!!!!

No problems since.
